Things to do
Glyndebourne Opera House was founded in 1934 by John Christie and his wife, the opera singer Audrey Mildmay. As well as excellent performances of operas old and new, you'll find plenty of talks and events here.

Drusillas Zoo. Drusillas has an amazing range of exotic animals. You can become a zoo keeper for a day, or simply go along and admire these beauties.
Middle Farm: Middle Farm is a 625 acre working family farm on the South Downs.They offer a warm country welcome, with something for every member of the family to enjoy.
Alfriston Village. This is a beautiful village where you can visit the famous church (The Cathedral of the South Downs), the clergy house, galleries, cafes, pubs and boutiques offering a wide range of gifts, from unusual chocolates to music memorabilia.
East Dean Village: The villages of East Dean and Friston are located between the coastal towns of Eastbourne and Seaford, half a mile inland from the white cliffs of the Seven Sisters.

We do not have a very large car park but most of the roads around the village are restriction free so you can park nearby. However, when leaving The Fish, please remember that it is a residential area.
